Falquin is a trading name of Infracoding Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 15565330. Infracoding Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed through the Falquin website and apps. Contact us at hello@falquin.com.

• Account details — the email address, and where provided the name and profile image, supplied when you sign up or sign in with Google.
• Learning data — the terms you study, review schedules, streaks, answers to explain-back challenges and the AI feedback generated on them.
• Voice audio — when you use speak-aloud or record an answer, the audio is sent to our speech provider for transcription and the text of the transcript is stored with your attempt. We do not retain the audio recording after transcription.
• Text you submit — for example meeting notes pasted into Meeting Prep, which are sent to our AI provider to identify relevant terminology.
• Billing data — subscription status and identifiers held by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
• Usage data — anonymous product analytics such as which features are used, collected only where you have accepted analytics storage.

• To provide the service (accounts, progress tracking, AI feedback, voice features) — performance of our contract with you.
• To take payment and manage subscriptions — performance of our contract and compliance with legal obligations such as tax record keeping.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse — our legitimate interests.
• To measure and improve the product — your consent, given through the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To send service emails (sign-in, receipts, important changes) — performance of our contract.

We use a small number of processors who act on our instructions:

• Our cloud hosting, database and authentication provider, which stores your account and learning data.
• Our AI provider, which generates explanations, feedback, transcription and speech audio from the content you submit.
• Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat, which process subscription purchases and payment data for the mobile apps. Falquin never receives or stores your card details.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose data where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.

Some of our providers process data outside the UK and the EEA. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep your account and learning data for as long as your account is open. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal or accounting purposes (typically invoicing records for six years).

Under UK GDPR you can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.

Falquin is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the "last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
