Do I actually need this if I already use ChatGPT?
Using AI and being able to explain it in a meeting are two different skills. Falquin trains the second one. You'll leave able to describe RAG, agents, or fine-tuning to a colleague — not just prompt them yourself.
How much time does it really take?
Five minutes a day. Ten if you do the explain-back exercise. The whole thing is designed around a subway ride.
What if I miss a day?

Can I cancel anytime?
